In Appreciation of Janet Jackson

I have loved Janet Jackson’s music for a very long time. Janet knows how to rock it. She is completely awesome! The earliest track from her career I ever liked was “What Have You Done For Me Lately” from her 3rd album, Control

The next single I would come to love is “Nasty”

Followed by “Control”

And “The Pleasure Principle”

The next group of singles would come from her following album, Janet Jackson’s Rhythm Nation 1814, beginning with the absolutely fantastic “Rhythm Nation”

“Escapade” would also match it in excellence

And lastly, “Love Will Never Do Without You” which remains awesome

The next track would be from her following album, janet. with “That’s The Way Love Goes”

Of course, “If” is also really, really good

And “Again”

The next songs I would become familiar with are from her album, The Velvet Rope, which were very, very good, beginning with “Got Til It’s Gone”, an excellent track

The next single would prove to be extremely successful, and a personal favorite, “Together Again”

And of course, “I Get Lonely”

It also had a remix featuring Blackstreet

“Go Deep” would also prove to be a favorite of mine

As well as “Everytime”

The next songs I would come to love would come from her following album, All for You, beginning with “Doesn’t Really Matter”

“All for You” was totally my jam

As well as “Son of a Gun (I Betcha Think This Song Is About You)” featuring Carly Simon & Missy Elliott

I always love listening to Janet’s hits. Awesome!
