A Look at My Newfoundland/English Cousins

My great-grandmother’s mother, Bessie Trimm, had several siblings, including Evangeline Bradley (nee Trimm), Sarah Jane Adey (nee Trimm), John Trimm, and Rebecca Ann Trimm. This is about Rebecca’s side of the family, who moved back to England.

While still a resident of Newfoundland, Rebecca married Alfred sometime around July, August or September 1904:

By 1911, the Census indicates that Rebecca was still a resident of Newfoundland, and that Alfred Edward was a Shipwright with a Government Dockyard originally from Kingswear, Devon:

Alfred Edward’s will left money to a woman named Helen Stepehens, Spinster in 1924:

Brian Edward Allen and Evangeline Mary Stephens

Brian Edward Allen was born on February 5th, 1916:
